Came Down With A Cold Dec 2nd, Went Into My

Came down with a cold Dec 2nd, went into my chest....have taken an antibiotic, now finishing up a prescription of prednisone due to bronchial spasms. Have been having some pains for a while, maybe even before the cold, seems to be across the breastbone area in the front. First it seemed to be muscle spasms, like when I reach around too far, but tonight it was triggered by my bursting out laughing, was very painful and last a few mins longer than usual
