Can AVN Effect Any Other Body Part Due To Steroids Intake With Already Affected Hips?

hi,I am ajay suffering from AVN.Gone through core decompression surgery 15 months back.Effected with AVN due to Steroids (decotron injection) was taken to cure dengue fever.One of the doctor I have consulted told me that not only hip other parts may effect (shoulders etc..,) due to steroids.I have taken 12 injections of decotron at the time of dengue fever.Please doctor can clarify my doubt,that AVN may cause to other parts of the body due to steroids intake.

hi
the most common joints affected are weight bearing like hip as compare to shoulder, all you can do is regular check up for other joint like 6 monthly xray.Do regular excercises and nutritious diet rich in calcium and vit D.
