Welcome to HCM!
I really appreciated your concern for the safety of Adalimumab.
Adalimumab is one of the most efficacious drugs used in the treatment of Chronic arthritis due to autoimmune antibodies. It suppresses the formation of immune cells (T cells) by blocking the action of inflammatory cytokines tumor necrosis factor-alfa.
Its important side effects are due to suppression of immunity causing various infections such as pneumonia, re-activation of lung tuberculosis etc.
Lack of concentration as you are experiencing is less likely to occur with Adalimumab.
You are advised to consult a doctor to rule out other causes of lack of concentration.
Regards!
