Can Alzheimer's Medications Cause Stomach Belching?
Hi, my father has chronic belching issues, he has reduced the amount of soda in his diet, but the belching still continues. He has tried antacids, and they dont help. He is on several medicaltions for alzheimers disease, could that create some issues? thank you

Dear yes drugs for alzhemers can cause bloating.
Like donezipil, meantine etc.. So please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly. Avoid spicy oily food and alcohol, avoid soda in diet. Tab. Simethicone 80 mg twice a day for 5days. I think I answered to your question if you have more questions please feel free to ask me.
