Hello Shamim!

Welcome on Healthcaremagic!
You should know that Alprazolam can help reduce anxiety and thus prevent you from impulsive behavior.
But, it is not recommendable to take Alprazolam for a prolonged time, because it can cause addiction and tolerance.
In this regard, I would recommend consulting with a psychiatrist and discussing other treatment options (antidepressants) to help improve your situation.
Hope you will find this answer helpful!
Kind regards, Dr. Aida
