Good morning. I take one amlodipin a day. Just received a different make and have mistakenly taken a serc tablet (my husband) this morning instead of my amlodipin. I am 68 years. Is this ok and should i take my bo tablet as well? Wont make the same mistake again! Hope you can assure me. Thank you. Jean

Can Amlodipine Be Taken After Taking Serc?
Hello, If both the tablet has the same generic molecule then no need to take the medicine that you are taking. And if the generic molecule is different then you can take your regular medicine. But best is just skip the regular dose that is the best option and is particular and regular from next time. Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further. Take care Regards, Dr Akhtarhusain, General & Family Physician
