Can Aspirin Cause Stomach Cramps?

Hello my husband takes 30mg lansoprazole daily and 1x75mg gastro resistant enteric coated capsule . However the last two weeks he has had excruciating stomach cramps and went to see gp who doubled his dose to sixty mg.do you know if the aspirin could be the cause thankyou

Noted you are taking aspirin also...
Yes aspirin that is among NSAIDs group having tendency for causing gastritis ....
Aspirin can damage mucosa of gastric tract ....

So lansoprazole taken along with it....
To prevent gastritis avoid following gastric irritants .....
-excess tea
-excess coffe
-smoking
-alcohol
-meat

Healthy balanced diet taken...
Avoid excess spicy food....
More water and fruits ....
