Can Augmentin,Ibugesic,Tminic,Crocin And Bricanyl Will Relive My 2yr Old Son From Cough And Cold?

Hi,

My son is two years old and having cold, cough and fever from past 5days. Actually, I brought my wife and children from my hometown to city and after two days he got fever and had temparature of 103 degree on first day, next four days it is varying from 101 - 99. We are taking medications

1. Syp. Augmentin DDS.

2. Syp. Ibugesic.

3. Syp. Tminic.

4. Syp. Crocin.

5. Syp. Bricanyl.

clinicaly your child is suffering from respiratory tract infection,most probably lower tract.medicines given by you are perfect.But there is no response in 4 days of treatment is not good,
.So he needs reacessment,change of antibiotic and investigations to find pathology behind it.
