Your
Diabetes diet is a healthy -eating plan they will help you to control your blood sugar.
1.Recommend food list:
Healthy
carbohydrate such as fruits, vegetables, whole grains, legume and low-far dairy products
Fiber-rich foods. Fiber can decrease risk of
heart disease and can help
low blood sugar levels. Like vegetable,fruits, nuts, legume, whole-wheat flour and wheat bran
Eat fresh fish twice a week
"GOOD " fats. .like avocado, almonds, pecans, walnuts, olive and canola.
2.Food to avoid
Saturated fats.. like fast foods, hotdogs,beef,sausage, bacon.
Trans fast ..found on proceed snacks, backed good, shortening and stick margarine
Cholesterol. .found on high fat dairy products and high-fat animal proteins, eggs yolks, liver, and other organ meat.
Sodium..aim for les then. 2.300 mg of sodium a day.. .
Putting all together create a plan for each day and each meal to calculate 1.200 -1.600 calories a day
