Can Azithrol And Paracetamol Be Given Together?

Hi,
My daughter 2y 3m old has vomited today morning and from evening she is having 100.8 deg temperature. Consulted her doctor and he prescribed to give Azithrol 200 syrup for 4 days. Question is should we give her Paracetamol too for the temp. and should this be for each 4 hrs ?

hi,yeah as ur history is not that clear bcause the sympyoms and the medicines given by doctor are not co relating accuratly.but you question is sumthng different..so i will tel that you can give paracetamol for temperature and also at every 4th hourly because azithral is an antibiotic ,its not for fever
