Can Bisoprolol Be Stopped In Case Of Fatigue And Dizziness?

I am a 70 year old male who had a stroke in March 2017. Since then I am taking Bisopralol Fumarate every day as well as blood thinner Xaretto. Every day since then I lack energy and libido, sometimes feeling faint when I have to sit down and rest. I have also been diagnosed with extremely dry eyes . Should I give up taking Bisopralol?
