Can Body Rush Be Force Factor Be Added Before Working Out To Give More Energy?
Hi, I am a 51 year old woman, I am over weight at 270 lbs. and I am only 5 2 , I have been on a weight loss, life change path for a little over a year and I have lost 95 lbs. I would like to know if I added Body Rush by Force Factor before my workouts, will it hurt me or make me gain weight. I understand that the product will help build muscle and give you the energy to workout longer.
If you have successfully lost 95 lbs over the past year, I would recommend you continue what you're doing as it appears to be very effective. Don't make any changes or additions. In other words, if it ain't broke, don't fix it! Body Rush probably will not cause any weight gain, but I doubt that it will either build muscle or give you more energy. It contains stimulants like caffeine and green tea, lots of amino acids, carnitine, and B vitamins, and a couple other ingredients. Some of these are supposed to build muscle but that is in conjunction with a good muscle building program, which usually is resistance exercise with weight. You can do that on your own without spending the extra money and dealing with potential side-effects. Hope this helps.
