Can Calpol And Paracetamol Be Given To An Infant On The Same Day?

Hi what it is my daughter is 15 months since last night she had a temperature I gave her first lot of paracetamol at 3am then 8am then 4pm and just now , as it says should only be 4 times in 24 hours , so my question is is it okay to still give her calpol if she still got temperature later on with a gap of 4-6 hours just really worrying about her she just isn t her normal self today all she wants is sleep , she drinks plenty but all she had all day is 2x8oz milk and couple spoons of porridge and few crackers I m really worried she s not getting enough food down her x
