Can Cardizem And Losartan Cause Low Heart Rate And Coughing?
i started on cardizem 180 mg also taking Losartan 100mg the cardizem is making me feel sick..I feel very tired like my heart is just barely pumpimg and i have developed a cough with a feeling of something in my throat ,,i am constantly trying to clear my throat..never took 2 BP meds before..my blood pressure was 150/88 when it was prescribed to me,,

The cough, feeling of something in the throat, wanting to clear the throat are the side effects of Losartan.
Cardizem can decrease the heart rate and the force of contraction.
There are several other medicines that can control your blood pressure without these side effects and your doctor would be able to help you.
