Can Carvedilol, Clopidogrel, Pravastatin Or Losartin Cause Smelly Urination?

my bp medications maybe causing my urine to smell horrible, Carvedilol, Clopidogrel, Pravastatin and Losartin.I have had open heart surg. 5 years ago. I urinate frequently, I am not dehydrated, I don t believe I have a UI can you help me with my problem

Hi and welcome to Healthcaremagic.
There is no evidence that these medications may cause urine smell changes and you should try to find other causes of it and most common are urinary infection, STD or kidney stones so you should do evaluation to rule out these causes. Some food such as assparagus may lead to smelly urine as well...
