Can Cephalexin For Sinus Infection Also Treat Toe Infection?

I am an 81 year old man. I am being treated for a sinus infection with Cephalexin 500 mg. (1/24/17) Today, I discovered, what looks like an infected big toe. (125/17) Will the Cephalexin take care of that also? Thank you, Jim Villinger, Cedarville, Ohio CoachVil @aol.com I have asinus

cephalexin is very likely to work on surface infection that you have on your toe. Wish you have informed or ruled out diseases like high BP Diabetes etc. Still it can be expected to work. local dressing may be necessary. if it doesn't heal please see a nearby doctor.
