Can Chantix Test Negative For Random Drug Screen Test?

I started taking Chantix today after my father told me that he got the prescription for Chantix but doesn t want to take it. I am a full-time student that does not have medical insurance right now. I am also in a medical program and realize I need to stop smoking because of course it is bad for you but also jobs are now testing for nicotine. I want to take the prescription but I am not sure if this could make me test positive for a random drug screen?

Chantrix is not included in the list of drugs which are part of drug screen. You can take it but it is better to see a doctor to get prescription for yourself. Other than chantrix alternatives are available which may cost less to you in compare to chantrix.
