Can Dexolac Used In First Month Be Continued In Second Month?

Sir my baby is one month 12 days old and at time of birth weight was 2.5 kg preterm birth and currently we are breastfeeding him. Only once a day we give dexolac special care. now he is one month old shall we continue with the same dexolac or we should change as he is one month old now

Thank you for asking question on health care magic.
Once he gains weight appropriate for his age you can feed him on breast milk or another suitable formula.
There is no hard and fast rule to continue Dexolac special care.
