Can Diclofenac Cause Cramping In Calf?

I just started taking Diclofenac over threee weeks ago, just before going out of town. While gone, I encountered cramping in my calf during the night, which has never happened before. I stopped taking after only about five days, thinking that may have been the cause. It did help, but gad the cramping afain after driving home, approx. 600 miles.

no diclofenac may not cause pain in calf. it may be due to muscle fatigue. Are you taking any Statin (Lipid Lowering Agent) they may cause calf pain in many patients.
