Hello,
I have gone through your query and understand your concern.

I do not know of any interaction between Divalproex and the thyroid.

There is one sentence in the precautions that there are reports of changes in the thyroid test, but I have not seen this problem.
It is also a very rare and is reported one in more than 10,000 people.

It is better to switch to other anti seizure drugs.

Hope this helps.
Please write back for further queries.
Wishing you good health.
