Can Dufulac Be Taken For Discomfort During Bowel Movements?

My motions are not very clear. Though I have not very hard stool but motions take some stress to pass out. Even when I have soft motions yet it needs some stress n extra force. Please advice me which laxative will be better for me. I have tried cremaafin , sylax , and cremaadiet. After taking these my stoool passes easily but there is anal irritation and pain while taking these laxatives. Please advise me that if dufalac will suit me without such side effects

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

As a matter of fact, constipation is not the disease unless it is being proved but most of the time it is due to diet. Avoid taking more fat containing diet. Try to have more fiber containing diet, green leafy vegetables and drink more water even if you are not thirsty. Keep regular habit of going for defecation, no matter if you do not pass the stool and do not exert the force. Try to avoid taking laxative.

Hope this information helps.
