Can Femara Cause Delay In Menstruation?

I started taking femara in August and took my last dosage in October. November was the first month off of it, period was due to start Friday nov 27th and today it s nov 30th and no sign of it. I took a pregnancy test and got a negative result. Does femara delay periods?

Hi,

Femara is used In postmenopausal woman and if you are in perimenopause should do a pregnancy home test at least 5 days of the delayed period.

If it comes negative the delay in period is from menopause issues.
