Can Fertibex, Cystop And Clome Be Taken During Period?

I have irregular periods. Before marriage my periods cycle was regular...after marriage it become irregular..my doctor gave medicines for regularizing..On June 2, 2014 i went to my doctor..she told to take scan and gave medicine Fertibex, Cystop and Clome . she told me to take scan on 9th june, 2014. but i cant take tablet on that day till now..i got periods on june 11, 2014..shall i take these medicines during periods?
