Can Fybogel Cause Semi Formed Stools?
Can Fybogel cause semi formed stools. I have suffered with IBS for years and recently started on Fybogel for constipation. Now I have swung the other way. I only go once a day but it is very soft and only semi formed. I take 1 sachet each morning. I am 72 years old.

It will definitely do that. It has non-absorbed sugars that are broken down to basically fizzy soda by the gut bacteria and this shoots out.
