Can GM Diet Be Taken To Detox The Body?

I have been wanting to try a detox to flush my system out. I have read up on the "GM" diet, but I would rather do this by drinking something and being able to eat a limited amount of foods also. I have heard that is it not safe to take the over the counter pills, so do you have any suggestions?

Hello I just read your query and would like to say that GM diet is a good choice .
The plan focuses on limiting your weekly diet to eating fruits, vegetables, brown rice, and chicken. The diet focuses on consuming a combination of complex carbohydrates, low-calorie vegetables, and fruits, and increasing water intake to help achieve a weight loss.
I personally don't advise over the counter pills usage as it has plenty of side effects.
