Can Glucophage Cause Missed Menses In A PCOS Person?

I have surgar and pcos I never had a period for over 2 years in December I was put on glucophage I become reg in april and had it for 3 months but this month I just didnt get my period I am a little stressed out as all I want is for this pcos to go away I really want a family and I cant dtart 1 with this probs in the past I missed my period I use to do a preg test this time I dont even want to do 1 because im gona get a neg test I just know it whst can I do doctor
