Can HIV Be Contracted Through Non-penetrative Sexual Activity?

I had an sex with a girl on July 22nd I protected myself for a while then made a bad decision and took off the condom. I did not penetrate her without the condom but I did touch her vagina with the tip of my penis and she sucked my penis without the condom on and now worried. I took my first tests on the 26th of that month they all came back negative but the lady told me that I may have tooken the HIV Test too early because of what's called the window period so I went to my doctor and to my primary care doctor and they had me take another test on August 10th which was also negative and she think that I'm fine and its in my mind but I'm still having weird symptoms and I'm still being told that it may have been too early to know for sure. Please held me? My mind is completely wrecked right now.

If your penis having ulceration than chance of HIV transmission increased much...

Anyway let me know you for HIV testing by fourth generation ELISA window period is around four weeks....

After month it can exclude HIV well as compare to third generation ELISA...

So better you investigate with fourth generation ELISA if needed and westernblot testing also good to diagnose HIV...
Investigate with this and don't be panic..
