Can HIV Be Transmitted Through Breast Milk?

Hi Doctor i had sex with call girl and accidentaly i sucked her nipple and i found that she was lactating and 2 to 3 drops entered in my mouth. I am worried from that day whether any chance of hiv transmiasion? I dont know whethee she is +ve or not..plz give ur opinion Also Kindly clarify that whether hiv can be transmitted by deep kissing, or spit on penis

Hello,

HIV can be transmitted with all kind of body fluids and of course with breast milk and semen. Kissing is not too risky for HIV transmission but probably if she has had open sores.
