Can HIV Be Transmitted When Partner Is Being Treated For Undetectable HIV?

I have a question. A friend of mine is pursuing a relationship with a woman that told him she has HIV Virus but it is considered undetected. She advised that she takes meds regularly that prevents the virus from being transferrable. I was wondering if he becomes sexual with her is it true that her virus will not transfer over to him since she is undetected ? Also if a person has hpv and have sex with a undetected hiv person would that cause either disease to transfer ?
