hello doctor, i'm second wife to my husband, he and her first wife were divorced before 7 years. my husband is HIV positive around 6-7 years, but he is not aware of that. now i'm also detected with that virus before 1 year. both not yet started any treatment , is it possible to have a healthy baby.... now m,y husband is 33, and myself 29

You could have a healthy baby, but certain tasks must be done before and after you get pregnant. You need to start on treatment, and continue it during the pregnancy.
