Can HIV Test Results Change After Three Months?

hi, i recently had a high risk exposure to HIV, i had sex with a asian sex worker at the brothel, i was wearing a condom but it must ve had a whole in it because after that i got tested positive for chlamydia, i went and done antibody blood test for hiv and other std s (35 days after exposure) and came back negative. high likely is this going to change to positive after 3 months?

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

After a single unprotected sex the chance of HIV transmission is there but not very high as only about 3 in thousand get it. And this is further reduced by use of condom though not sure. So what I can understand that there is very little risk that you have HIV. And this is what is seen in the test at 35 days. Testing negative at 35 days is very assuring. Rarely it can later be positive. But its not too common.
