Hi, Thanks for asking. Hemostan contains tablet corrects the bleeding &clotting problems to manage heavy bleeding... it hardly has any role in treating spotting . The protozole is metranidazole for treating trichomonial fungal infection. It was given to you for controlling such an infection.. which might cause slight blood stained discharge... which eould disppear after treating the infection. *you should continue with protozole in case you have vaginal itching with curd like white discharge. *Such bleeding is possible in your case due to the small fibroid (which would have responded with Hemostan . So probablity is cystic ovary resulting in hormonal imbalance... so courses of hormones would stop your spotting. Please consult &discuss the thing with your gynecologist. Thanks.
