Can I Allow My Daughter With A Heart Rate Of Around 100 Participate In Sports ?

Hi my daughter is 12 years old and after her physical I was told to monitor her heart rate . Her next app isin t for another 3 weeks & I have taken her rate more than 15 x while resting it has always been around 106 , once it was 120 and once 90 should I let her participate in sports or hold off to her next appointment.

Thanks for query,
As she is having high pulse rate and without diagnosis i do not advice to participate in sports.
It may create problem in the heart while participate in sports.
Wait till next appointment.
