Can I Ask A Doctor To Check The Reports And Tell Me If A Ovarian Cyst Can Be Cured Without Surgery ?

A complex cystic SOL (11.0 X 7.94 cm.) is seen at left adenexa, having thick internal septa-? Left ovarian SOL....please let me know is it possible to be cured without surgery (only taking medicines or etc.) ???

There is complex cyst with thick internal septations which may suggest higher chance of malignancy. It may be required to do few more blood tests to confirm this as well. Usually surgery is indicated, medicines alone will not work.
