Can I Be Pregnant, If I Missed My Periods?

hi mam,
this is mm. currently i am pregnant from last month it means i was in period on last moth but in this month i am not in period at this time my period date is 24th January so please mam give me advice for that. and before i had drop pregnancy in two time through getting tablet so now it will a third time so please mam let me know about that becose i am very afraid.

Thanks for writing to healthcare magic.
If your period is delayed then do a urine or blood test for pregnancy. If negative wait for a week.
Please practice safe sex as recurrent abortion is not healthy. You lose more blood become anemic and it also disturbs regular cycles. Infection during abortion may cause infertility in future.
