Can I Be Pregnant With Lining Thickness?

I am a 48 year old female with 3 children and premenopausal and still fertile as i got pregnant last year and miscarried. At my annual checj up this year on day 8 of my cycle my endometrium lining measures 8mm doc said normal. But i have been looking on the net isnt 8mm too thick on day 8 only ?

There is very little chances of having pregnancy with this endometrial thickness. However, urine pregnancy test has to be done.
