Can I Be Sensitive To Baking Soda Or Vinegar?

Can I be sensitive to baking soda or vinegar? I just started using these products to clean my house the past couple days and have had dizziness, anxiety, shaking, just feeling downright miserable. Please help me figure out if this is even possible!! If so, I will be stopping using them immediately!!

Hello and welcome to HCM,
You can be allergic to vinegar and baking soda.
Appearance of symptoms after using these items suggests that you are allergic to these items.
Discontinue their use and observe the symptoms.
If the symptoms disappear then it proves that the symptoms were due to vinegar and baking soda.
In such a case discontinue their use in future.
If the symptoms still remain, you need to consult your physician to find out other causes of the symptoms.

Thanks and take care
