Can I Conceive When Having Retroverted Uterus With Thin Endometrium?
im 10 days delayed for my periods. i have my regular cycle. did ultrsaound and saw and empty uterus.got a diagnosis of retroverted uterus with thin endometrium.she told me to come back after 2 weeks.if im not pregnant she will let my cycle flow.im so stressed already.is there a possibilty that im pregnant?got a negative urine test after 1 week i was late on my period.

As the urine pregnancy test kit give negative result and also as the endometrium is thin, the possibility of pregnancy is less. To get the confirmation, please go for blood test for pregnancy, which can give more accurate diagnosis than the urine test. If the serum beta HCG levels are more than 25 mIU/mL, it confirms the possibility of pregnancy. if serum beta HCG levels are between 5 to 25 mIU/mL, you can wait for 2 more weeks as suggested by your doctor.
If serum beta HCG levels are less than 5 mIU/mL, it rules out the possibility of pregnancy and you can go for withdrawal bleeding. The acutely retroverted uterus can affect the fertility sometimes, but a little retroversion of the uterus always may not affect the fertility. Please discuss these things with your doctor and proceed accordingly.
