Can I Conceive With PCOD And TSH 5.86?

DEAR SIR,

IM HAVING PCOD AND GOT MARRIED 2 MONTHS BACK.

IM VERY MUCH IN WORRY THAT WHETHER I CAN GET PREGNENCY OR NOT. HAVING THYROID(TSH) VALUE 5.86. WEIGHT 66 KG. AGE:25.NOT ABLE TO CONTROL MY WEIGHT.

NO OTHER HEALTH PROBLEMS.

SIR, PLEASE HELP ME.

Hello,
I can understand your concern.
There are two different hormonal disbalances that should be corrected in order to get pregnant.
You have to start thyroid hormonal replacement therapy and keep the TSH level under 2.5 mUi/ l .
Regarding to PCOS you should check the insuline level and if insuline resistance is present weigjt loss and Metformine would help a lot.
