Can I Feel A Pectoralis Muscle Tear ?

I have a tear in my pectoralis muscle. Is it normal to be feeling this in my chest area the same side of the tear?

Thanks for query,
Gradually after proper healing normal feeling may be there.
If much fibrosis is not there full feeling may be there.
Do pectoralis muscle exercise.
