Can I File A Lawsuit While Dealing With Persistent Discomfort In The Achilles Tendon Due To Levofloxacin?
I took Levofloxacin three years ago. On the fourth day My achilles tendon froze so I quit taking the pills. A couple of months later I stepped off a bus on vacation in Europe and my tendon below my ankle snaped and hurt. I wrapped it and finally a couple of months later saw my foot doctor. I wore a boot and then a brace for almost three years and finally realized my bones were slipping out of place in my foot. January 9, 2017 I had foot surgery and they had to fuse three places in my foot. I am still in a lot of pain and also have since developed neuropathy in my feet. Are there any lawsuits I should consider? YYYY@YYYY

Can I File A Lawsuit While Dealing With Persistent Discomfort In The Achilles Tendon Due To Levofloxacin?
Hi, There is no medical negligence in your case and you will not win the case. So it is better not to proceed with lawsuit. Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
