Can I Fly While Having Symptoms Of Appendicitis?

i have been told i have symptoms of appendicitis by a gp. i want to fly home and let it check in a hospital there with my family around me, rather than all alone (i'm very scared). the pain is bearable and more in the central area of my stomach. i can walk and everything, there's just a slight, constant pain. can i fly home?
