Can I Get Pregnant As Per My Ultrasound Report?
hi my impressions are normal sized anteverted uterus with hyperechoic thickening of endometrium, normal sized ovaries with multifollicular changes and normal sonogram of cervix.i have no free fluid noted in poterior cul de sac. is there a chance that i might be pregnant?

You have absolutely normal reports.
You have normal sized uterus.
Endometrium is also normal.Thickness of endometrium depend on the stage of menstrual cycle.
Ovaries are also normal with normal follicular changes.
Cervix is normal and POD is clear.
