Endocrinologist 's  Response
Hello,
Good day.
It is recommended to keep your TSH around 2.5 at the time of conception and until 3 months of pregnancy. After 3 months TSH should be maintained around 3.
In your case, if you are planning to become pregnant, it may be better to start a small dose of thyroxine.
What was the antibody test like? DO you have an enlarged thyroid?
Regards
