Can I Give Calpol For Child Suffering From Blocked Nose, Temperature, Sweat In Hands?

Hi, I wonder if u can help me, our 2 & 9month old daughter woke up with cold like symptoms thismorning, as the day has continued she has got progressively worse, she has blocked nose, temperature, hot and cold where one minute she wishes to be wrapped up, then next minute she wants to be completely stripped off also now getting sweating hands? Should we be worries or shall we try her with calpol and see how she goes?

Hi.
Thanks for your query
I suggest you to monitor fever every 4to 6 hourly and give calpol if it is above 100F.
Give warm fluids.
Give steam inhalation

In case symptoms persist get her examined by pediatrician for further management.
