Can I Give Him Relent+ Medicine For Cold And Cough?

My baby boy is 5 months old and suffering from cold and cough. He also had been feverish for the last 2 days though the body temperature was below treatment level (99.8). Previously one of his doctors prescribed Relent + for him 2.5ml bid, can I give him the same medicine for cold and cough. Also will adding turmeric in his milk help?

You can use Relent + for cold and cough. but for fever you go with some paracetamol syrup. If fever doesn't subsides in 3-4 days or very high or with chills and rigors, please visit paediatrician.
