Can I Go Through Colonoscopy In Spite Of Being Anemic?

i went through heamorroid surgery thd procedure which result in heavy bleeding complication after 2 week,now am anemic and i was booked again for colonoscopy while on regular laxative not to strain myself if i wanted to open my bowel.please can i be able to do colonoscopy with my condition /
