I was diagnosed as hashimotos thyroiditis 2 yrs back and was on 100 mcg of eltroxin.my doc has increased my dose to 150 mcg and advised to lose weight inorder to conceive.can I have ragi as I ve heard it is good for people on diet?? But every article
