Can I Increase My Height?

hi am male 21years old now..my height is 5.5.....daily i take nutritious foods and half an hour jogging also some strechable exercises.....is there any possiblities to increase my height?? tell me some facts to increase my growth even if i gain 3inches i feel very happy

Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe, you are 21 years of age, so the growth points are usually stopped growing by this time.
If you are very particular, though the possibility is very less, you can consult an orthopedic surgeon. You may need to have an X ray of the ends of the long bones to find if they are still active. He may give you some treatment.
Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and protein rich foods to have good growth at least in weight.
