Can I Reduce Weight Of 30 To 40 Pounds By Walking Only?
I am a 19 years old female and I weight 150 pounds. I have cerebral palsy, but not very serious symptoms. I have weak legs because of it, so it is hard for me to do vigorous exercise, like jogging and running. do you think I can lose about 30 to 40 pounds by just walking maybe 40 minutes each day?
